Located in the gated community of Marina Village, this updated home is close to everything - private community beach, shopping, marinas, restaurants, wedding venues, golf, and parks. It’s not often you get to take your pick between golf on a Nicklaus or Palmer course, two of the biggest names in golf. 27 fairways wind through some of the most scenic holes found in Eastern Virginia. Aside from the fairways and greens, though, there are miles and miles of walking and biking trails that provide full access to the gorgeous views and vistas throughout the community.

It makes getting to the beach and into town a breeze! The Activities Package which includes the Golf Cart is offered at $550 per week and seats six adults comfortably.

The master bedroom and large guest room are situated on the entry level floor each with direct access to the deck. There is also a tiled foyer, full hallway bath, and laundry room to make coming back from a day at the beach a breeze. Full two car garage with access to an ocean kayak, beach chairs, beach toys, gas grill and a 4 person Bicycle perfect for the short trip to the beach or take it to town.

The main floor layout is very open including a large center island kitchen fully stocked for all of your culinary needs. The house can seat 12 for dinner: 8 at the dining room table and four in the kitchen. The main level also includes a spacious living room with sectional sofa, large flat screen TV, and large sun deck perfect for happy hour.

The third floor is fondly called the Osprey Nest and boasts a full wet bar with mini fridge, table for four perfect for a card game or board game after dinner, and a large pull out sofa. Take in the water views from here or enjoy a quiet space to read your favorite book.

Owners are members of Bay Creek Country Club. Renters have access to the private gym, outdoor pools with water slide, private beaches and renowned golf course (additional fees for gym, golf, and pool do apply per Bay Creek).

Linens, pillows, and bath towels are included at no extra charge. Guests are asked to please bring their own beach towels.
