“Clean, close to the beach, close to the action. Had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Easy to book and access. Only recommendation is to upgrade your mattresses but that is just a personal opinion.”

“My family of three stayed for a week in the peak season. The location and house were great. We don’t like when the beach is crazy busy, and this spot was perfect. The house included enough basics that we didn’t really need to use what we brought, save a couple items we preferred our own over what was there.We had an issue with the hot water, which we contacted the owner about halfway through our stay. They got a plumber out quickly but they weren’t able to fully solve the issue during our stay....

“This little house was perfect for our family. About 20min away from everything, the aquarium, zoo, family's house, and 5min away from the beach. The beds were very surprisingly comfortable as well. . ”

“The house is very nice. Well appointed and well supplied with nearly everything you might need for a stay. It is located about 50 ft from the south entrance of First Landing State Park and so park facilities are easily accessed. The only issue we had was that we could not make use of the Netflix streaming account because the login had apparently expired and we had no information on how to log back in. Also, the owner apparently has a video and audio monitoring system running in the house and...

“This was a great space for our family to take a quick trip before heading back to school! We had six teenagers and seven adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beach was great, and only a hop, skip, and jump from the house. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, and Target. And we found an amazing seafood house, Surf Rider, just down the road at the marina. Would definitely stay again!”
