Welcome to Cape Charles Tiny Livin. Step into Cape Charles history when staying in this newly restored 1930’s tiny home! The vintage series of tiny homes is one of 10 located in the 4-acre community. The home features a queen-sized bed with plenty of room for 2 guests, a full bathroom, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, a Smart TV, a private porch & access to the largest firepit you may ever see! Enjoy all that Cape Charles has to offer, while being immersed in the history that has allowed the city to grow into what it is today!

The Space:

You will find eye candy in every nook & cranny of this tiny home! Enjoy the treasures that make up this space, from old photos to vintage cans & vases. We have even converted the TV that was original to this site to enable it with Smart TV capabilities! Yes, it really works like a modern-day TV!

LIVING SPACE:

The tiny home features a queen bed, a table, chairs, a Smart Roku TV & added space for folded clothes to be stored behind the door.

The kitchenette area features a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, & 2 place settings. Please enjoy the complimentary coffee, creamer & sweeteners.

BATHROOM:

The full bathroom has a stand-up shower, towels & complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

OUTSIDE:

We kept the 1930’s iconic screened doors so that you can open the door & allow the fresh air to liven up the space if desired. When you step out you can sip on your coffee & enjoy the sunrise on your private patio with a bistro table set.

Right off the porch feel free to enjoy the shared community area complete with a fire ring with chairs to enjoy the twinkling stars. There is also a charcoal grill available for you to use.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire front yard area, including the greenhouse (**when not in use for a function)

Tiny Home Living is conveniently located only 3 minutes to downtown Cape Charles with shops, breweries, restaurants & more to offer! There are plenty of activities to make any trip unforgettable including fishing, golfing, hiking, or exploring the towns history!

The Eastern shore offers lots of unique dining experiences for every budget & mood! Enjoy freshly plucked Chesapeake Bay Oysters & Clams or enjoy a hand-churned ice cream cone on a summer’s day. If beer is more your choice sip on local craft brews alongside award winning clam-chowder. Your taste buds will be begging you to come back for another visit!

The tiny living community shares an outdoor living area with all 20 homes. Sit back, relax under the stars & maybe make a friend with one of the neighboring tiny homes!

- No unauthorized guests on the property

- No smoking in the homes

You will be a quick 3-minute drive to downtown Cape Charles.

Getting Around:

While you may only be 3 minutes from town it is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around the area. There is free parking available on site
