The Space:

Welcome to your home base for exploring Virginia's Eastern Shore. Set on a well-kept lawn along a quiet road outside the town limits, this comfortable cottage gives your group space to slow down, spread out, and make the most of Cape Charles and the surrounding waterways.



The first floor offers an inviting living room with comfortable seating, a 52-inch smart TV, and ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped for easy vacation meals with a full-size refrigerator, range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, air fryer, crockpot, bread maker, cookware, and dishes. Coffee lovers can choose between a 12-cup drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The dining table seats six, and a desk in one of the first-floor bedrooms provides a convenient place to check in with work or plan the day's adventures.

The home has one full bathroom with a shower and one half bathroom. Please note that the second-floor sleeping spaces have an open layout. Interior stairs include two steps to a landing followed by approximately 12 additional steps to the second floor.



Outside, the large unfenced backyard is made for relaxed evenings. Gather around the fire pit in one of four Adirondack chairs, or enjoy a meal at the wooden patio table with seating for four and an umbrella. A propane grill is located on the back brick patio, with grilling utensils stored in the kitchen.



The U-shaped driveway wraps around the home and can accommodate up to six vehicles. Boats, trailers, and RVs are welcome, making this an especially convenient stay for fishing trips and days spent exploring the Eastern Shore's bays, creeks, and barrier islands. Please keep vehicles on the established driveway and parking areas to protect the home's well and septic systems at the rear of the property.



The home includes central air conditioning, a supplemental portable unit in the kitchen, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, free WiFi, smart TVs for streaming with your own accounts, board games, a washer and dryer, bed and bath linens, and a starter supply of household essentials.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the home and yard. The home offers keyless self-check-in through the side entrance, reached from the driveway. There are three steps at the entrance and three steps between the home and back patio.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for this location. The home's U-shaped private driveway provides parking for up to six vehicles and can accommodate boats, trailers, and RVs within the established parking areas.



Cape Charles is located near the southern end of Virginia's Eastern Shore. Norfolk International Airport is accessible by car via the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel. Rideshare availability may be limited, so guests should plan transportation in advance.

• The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.

• Guests are required to complete identity registration and sign the rental agreement before arrival.

• Standard check-in is 4:00 p.m. and standard check-out is 10:00 a.m.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and applicable fees.

• This is a non-smoking property.

• Dogs are welcome with prior disclosure and an applicable pet fee, $150 per pet, per stay. The backyard is not fenced.

• The second floor has an open sleeping layout with two twin beds in the loft and a queen bed in the sleeping area beyond it.

• Interior stairs lead to the second floor, and three steps are required at the home entrance and back patio.

• Boats, trailers, and RVs are welcome in the established driveway and parking areas. Please do not drive or park on the backyard because the well and septic systems are located behind the home.

• Smart TVs provide streaming access; guests must use their own streaming accounts.

• Bed and bath linens are provided along with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods.

• Known damage or maintenance concerns should be reported to the property manager promptly.
