“Big parts of Hotel closed due to a fire. It looks like construction zone. Several facilities said to be at the hotel like gym and outdoor facilities is not available. Staff in the reception are unfriendly and not service minded. At hotels.com the facilities are said to be included but the hotel says at their own homepage it is excluded.
