Stylish gem w/ king bed & AC near all Cape Cod has to offer. Perfect home base for a coastal getaway! <8 min to pristine public beaches & endless local shopping, entertainment & dining. Walk to Wings Grove fresh water beach to fish, kayak or swim in Long Pond - perfect for the little ones! Bike on the Cape Cod rail trail (4 min away) & ride all the way to the outer cape! BBQ, enjoy the firepit & fenced in yard. Get nostalgic w/ arcade, board games & cozy up next to the gas fireplace. We live for vacation time with our family and friends so we’ve opened our Cape home for you to do the same! As you enter our split level home, you'll be greeted by the warm open concept entry space and living room, which flows into the kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings and large sky light windows that drench the area in natural sunlight. Additionally off of the living is a modern half bathroom (toilet and sink). Off the dining area leads you out to the deck where you can enjoy a gas firepit, a grill (gas and charcoal combo!), a nice fenced in yard and two additional parking spots. Also on our deck is a patio table with umbrella to enjoy a meal or hang out after a day at the beach. Our modern house in the center of it all can accommodate up to 7 guests. Up four steps, you'll find the sleeping arrangements and bathroom. In the first bedroom, you'll find a Roku TV and a luxurious king size memory foam mattress with crisp white linens to sprawl out and get make sure you're getting the best nights rest possible. Once the leaves have fallen for the season, you can catch views of the pond from out the primary bedroom window. Also featured is a large closet and dresser, perfect to feel settled in. Second bedroom has a Roku TV as well as two full size memory foam mattresses with the same offerings of white linens, closet and dresser. The third bedroom has one full size memory foam mattresses with a twin bed trundle that pulls out from underneath. Again, this room has white linens and a closet to store your belongings. The bathroom features a dual vanity with pocket medicine cabinets and a high pressure shower head. We include all bathroom essentials in your stay. Down four steps off of the kitchen, you'll find an awesome bonus room equipped with an arcade game system loaded with 12 classic games (unlimited & free!). We also have a plenty of board games for all ages and a Roku TV with Netflix. This room is also where you'll find a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. Additional highlights include an outdoor shower, all linens and towels are included, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, beach chairs etc., hose at the front of the house to rinse to off sand if you don't want to use the shower. A gas fireplace in living room, Dual fuel BBQ grill that uses gas or charcoal, Gas outdoor firepit Deck w/ canopy lights, Fenced in yard, High speed wifi (300mbps), 50" smart Roku TV w/ Netflix & HBO Max access included, All soaps (shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hand soap etc.), Keurig, drip coffee maker & French press (coffee + filters provided), tea, toaster and essential kitchen appliances and accessories, AC & heating unit in each bedroom + common spaces, Reading books throughout, including children's books + board games + arcade system, desk for working from home or homework, Ring doorbell w/ video and Smartlocks for easy access

Place was cozy and well stocked with all the household and bathroom items needed to make it a pleasant stay. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow from host. Host was responsive to requests as well.

We had such a great stay at this charming cottage! Ashlee was a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. The place was so cute and the fireplace was a great touch on a rainy day. We will definitely be back!

House was perfect size for 2 adults and 2 smaller dogs. It was nicely stocked with all the basic household goods. The yard is not fully fenced in but the fenced in space is accessible from the house and plenty big enough for dogs to run around and play in. We truly enjoyed the home, the owners are very quick to respond as well. Good outdoor shower too! We look forward to returning next time we are in the Cape!

Cute centrally located cape stay!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and this spot was perfectly located for visiting different spots on the cape! The rental itself was cute and cozy and it was very well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive when we had a few questions pop up during our stay even while they were traveling themselves. The beds were super super comfy and we appreciated having access to temperature control in our own rooms. We would absolutely recommend this rental for your cape stay!!!

The Thanksgiving of a lifetime!!!

There are so many positive reasons to stay at this gorgeous property in West Yarmouth. From the spacious livingroom area with the toasty warm gas fireplace, the fully equipt kitchen with everything you could ever need for a Thanksgiving dinner, the wide aray of games in the game room (electronic & board, hands on games) clean eat off the floor conditions, hot hot water, bedding for a king, right down to the diamond etched wood stairs going to bedrooms, and authentic beach decor. I loved it! I want to go back and toast more marshmallows on the gas fire pit on their awesome deck. What a wonderful place!
