“The location of this cottage is perfect for great restaurants, hiking, kayaking, biking, and beach going. The cottage itself is fully equipped, has a wonderfully powerful shower, and is very cozy and comfortable. The screened in porch is great, any time of day or night. The river is a 2-minute walk, at most, and there is a very inviting deck there for customer use. We sat there every day/evening, at least once. Communication with the owner was never an issue. We are planning on returning...

Tastefully decorated, new, and clean. I especially appreciated the full set of beach gear including parasol and folding chairs, and the bicycles for guests’ use. “Adorable cottage with free parking at the quaint beach at the end of the street. Free usage of nice bikes with baskets was great fun! You can walk to Bowmans beach from the ocean…about 1.5 miles away. Shelling was amazing. The property has a shelling station with a hose to wash off your sandy treasures from the beach. The cottage also had a screened in porch which was great for relaxing and admiring our shells. And we rescued a trapped lizard from the porch which was great fun! Wagon and beach...
