Exterior Features

The beautiful single-level home of Villa Sanibel is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home situated right on a canal and perfect for six guests. The neutral exterior colors and lust tropical vegetation invite you to come closer and step onto the covered entrance patio. Make yourself at home, then step out into your outdoor oasis. The fully screened-in area features a large in-ground pool with waterfall feature. The covered patio boasts a stainless steel BBQ grill and outdoor dining for six. Chaise lounges and a bistro-style table for four on the pool deck allow you to lounge in the sun without the Florida bugs or direct beat of the sun. Outside the screened in area is your private dock. Adirondack-style seating create another seating area, and a large boat lift accommodates your boat for easy access.

Interior Amenities

Step inside to waterfront calm. The open living, kitchen, and dining space features tile floors and high ceilings for plenty of natural light. A large leather sectional offers seating for everyone to gather for a favorite movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. A wall of windows opens up to join the indoor and outdoor spaces together. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, spacious counters including a bar that seats four, and cupboards and drawers full of everything you need to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. Enjoy the meal at the dining table that seats six or dine al fresco on the patio. For some quiet, there is an office just off the entrance foyer with a desk, bookcase, and comfortable chair for when you need a break from the work.

Get a good night's sleep in a private bedroom. The master suite boasts a king bedroom set, flat screen TV, and private access to the outdoor space. The en suite bath boasts a separate soaking tub and large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. A double-sink vanity lasso boasts a makeup table so you can enjoy your morning and evening routines easily. The second bedroom boasts a king bedroom set and beach-themed décor. A wall-mounted flat screen TV keeps occupants entertained. The final bedroom also boasts a king bedroom set with beach décor touches, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV for your entertainment. The two rooms share a bathroom features a large shower stall and single-sink vanity. This bathroom can be accessed from inside and outside, so you don't have to drip water through the house.

Pool Heating: $25 per night for bookings of 3 weeks or less and $15 per night for stays over 3 weeks.

Love The Location

The location near Rumrunners, Fathoms and the Westin shops makes this a perfect location in Cape Coral. The home is quiet and a great place to hang out on a slow day and just enjoy the pool. Would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. We couldn't be happier with the property. The house was very clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom and shower were very nice. The pool and lanai were perfect. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Our Cape Coral Vacation

My wife and i just stayed at this property for 11 nights. Overall we had a great time during our stay. The house was as advertised. There were only a couple of minor maintenance issues that should be addressed, but given that the area is still in hurricane recovery I would not let that affect my impression of the property. We have been using Home Away and VRBO for over 30 years and I would say that this property is on the list of places that we would stay at again.

Summer Vacation 2022

This house was one of the best we have stayed in. Everything was exactly as expected, and exactly as listed. The location is very central for either land or water travel. The dock and boat lift are very nice, and afternoons in the pool were perfect. We would certainly rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely stunning

Cannot rate this property highly enough. It's in a fantastic location. It is such a nice looking house and having the garage is to park the car in with the heat is an added bonus. The inside is just amazing and there is just so much space. The bedrooms are a really decent size as are the bathrooms. The beds/pillows are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is just so well equipped and there are plenty of towels. The pool area is really lovely as is the setting. Really loved the time we spent outdoors. Cannot fault this property in anyway. It was really handy for my husband to have the study to work in. If we ever visit Cape Coral again, this is the property we would look to rent.

Awesome place!!

The place is amazing! I would stay there again. Only thing is you have to buy extra garage bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper and dish soap/dishwasher pods if you stay a week. It is 30 minutes to fort myers beach from the house and other stores. It’s $20 to park at the beach now plus toll fee.

Great Location Grreat Property

Villa Sanibel is a first class property in an excellent location. I treated home as my own, as I felt at home. Neighbors were very friendly. Pay attention to financial details it is not disclosed on VRBO that damage waiver is included in daily rate. I purchased redundant coverage at $59. I recommend that you request host meet you at check-in for entry and orientation of the house. Overall extraordinary 6 weeks of paradise. Love the Lobster Lady five minutes from yhe house.

Lovely Home in Cape Coral

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Plenty of space, beautiful patio and pool. Our kids loved swimming every day; the pool and patio with canal view was so beautiful. We hated to leave. Cape Coral was a pretty city - we loved looking for burrowing owls - so neat.

Even better than we expected!!!

We have stayed at VRBO’s all over the world and have never had such an excellent experience! We we a little nervous at first since the property didn’t have many reviews, but we decided to take a chance. Glad we did! It was amazing! The home is immaculate and spacious. In addition, it is very well stocked. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, we found a Murphy bed tucked behind a bookshelf in the office. Our teenage boys were happy to not share a bed! We found multiple floaties, pool toys, 2 beach umbrellas, & multiple beach chairs in the garage. The home supplies more bath and beach towels than you could ever need. The kitchen is well stocked with a large pantry of staples (spices, paper plates, coffee, filters, etc.)., new appliances, and more than enough dishware for a family of 6. (We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers.) FYI - there is a regular coffee maker, blender, and lots of cookware onsite. Everything in in EXCELLENT condition. The appliances are all excellent!!! We used the brand new washer and dryer frequently. Minor complaint - we couldn’t get both of the guest bathroom shower heads to work. Only 1 works. And we couldn’t find extra TP (had to buy it). It’s 1 mile away from a very nice Publix store. The canal view is beautiful. The lanai is amazing. This house handled 2 adults and 4 teenagers amazingly well. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. The traffic to Ft Myers Beach during busy times is annoying, but we were happy to be away from the craziness. The beach by the river near the home is great. And then you can enjoy Tha Boathouse Tiki Bar (live music, great food!) I could go on and on.

Beautiful house and pool. Nice neighborhood.

It’s always nice to arrive and be impressed with everything in the house! So much space and the kids all had their own rooms (we used the office as a 4th bedroom for our 5 year old because it had a nice murphy bed). The pool was great and the kitchen had everything we needed - nice pots and pans, glassware, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great house.

We were a little confused on getting into the house. There was no key box on the outside of the house and the key box code we we’re giving wouldn’t open the garage door so we had to call and once we got a call back they gave us the code for the garage door and we found the key box on the door inside the garage leading to the house. Once we got passed that point we were all very happy with everything the house had to offer and the condition the house was in. We also rented a boat from Paradise boat rentals for a week and having the dock was a huge plus for that part of our vacation. Would definitely stay here again.
