Die Unterkunft war genau das was wir wollten. Eine sehr gute Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Hauptstraße, aber trotzdem ruhig sodass man seinem Urlaub genießen konnte. Das Haus war sauber und man mochte sich gerne dort aufhalten. Auch der Pool und die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen waren perfekt.

The house is such a beautiful home and the neighborhood is really great. My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The beds were very comfy, house was stocked with a lot of extras. We had a small issue with pool heater but management responded promptly. Close to ft Meyers beach and we also drove to sanibel and captiva island a few times. Close to a bunch of stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet neighborhood over looking the lake water

My family of 5 including different age groups of children all enjoyed the stay. Great quiet neighborhood, close to everything needed and the beaches. Waking up to the view and watching the sunrise and sunset is beautiful. The pool is absolutely amazing and very relaxing over the water. We stayed for 2 weeks and took advantage of the kayaks, pool and dock to fish off of. Parking was easy even with bringing trailers and a boat. We were able to fit in the driveway just fine. We loved the closeness to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. We had an issue with electrical outlets first days and host was gonna send someone out but we found that if you reset the GFCI outlet in the master bath that is also resets the outlets in the other bathroom and rooms across the house. There was great communication with the host or property management. Pool cleaners and lawn care was taken care of without even knowing they were there. Very easy check in process. The floors we gorgeous just hard to keep clean without cleaning products being there, but since we stayed for a couple weeks it wasn’t nothing to get our own to keep up with the cleaning. Great stay, beautiful home, quite neighborhood and close to grocery, shopping, restaurants and beaches. Great for families.

Peaceful and relaxing!

We had a great stay in Cape Coral. The home was centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do. The home is located on a peaceful street and being on the “lake” helped make the space even more relaxing. Only downfall was lack of kitchen and bathroom linens but we did make do with what we had. Thank you for extending your home to us for our vacation!

Was ok. Location was nice. Hows was pretty clean. Comforter had blood on it so we slept in other rooms. Tv cut in and out all the time. Wasnt enough towels or wash clothes. Beds were comfy though.

Wonderful Getaway!

My husband, 2 dogs and myself had a fabulous 2 week stay! The house was perfect! We spent mornings watching the wildlife on the lake and afternoons in the beautiful pool! We definitely plan of visiting again!

La propiedad todo con calidad pero muy mala limpieza hasta cucarachas y pelo de perros en el piso , en ese sentido muy mala , y la comunicación con la encargada pésima la piscina sin calefacción congelada y mi niño no se pudo bañar de lo fría q estaba el agua , y a pesar de pedirle de favor a la señora de la propiedad que nos ayudara con la temperatura del agua no hizo ni por responder , no le recomiendo a nadie está propiedad a pesar de lo bella que está la vista al canal The property was all quality but very poorly cleaned, even cockroaches and dog hair on the floor, in that sense very bad, and the communication with the manager was terrible, the pool was unheated and frozen and my child could not bathe because the water was so cold, and despite asking the lady of the property to help us with the water temperature, she did not even try to respond, I do not recommend this property to anyone despite how beautiful the view of the canal is.

Short Stay

Our family would rent this house again! The view out back is worth every penny! The house was clean and the host provided so many extras, which is nice when you are traveling from far. There was dish soap, hand soap, trash bags and shampoo/ conditioner. I would highly recommend bringing extra towels.

Perfect for families

This was perfect for our family. We loved having the kayaks to take out on the water. The pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy. The arcade was a nice bonus as well. Great location close to beaches and town, without being right in town. Nice home.to enjoy a family vacation close to the beach. I would note having the pool heated even in summer is worth it. We were able to kayak and swim. Have a place to cook and do laundry. While also being able to drive a short distance to the beach. We will be most likely stay at this property or another one from this host again.

Nice and newly remodeled, but we did not have a good exeriance because....

We stayed at this property for a short 3-night trip with my wife and two children. The place is beautifully decorated and remodeled, and the location is convenient. The property manager was responsive, but there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable: 1. There were exactly 4 towels—one per guest—which became inconvenient after swimming, as we had to reuse wet towels for showers. 2. No laundry detergent was provided initially; we had to purchase our own, though they brought some on the second day. 3. The dishwasher was broken, and there was no sponge to wash dishes by hand. A sponge was delivered on the second day. 4. No paper towels were available, though they also provided these later. 5. The refrigerator light was out, and one of the stove knobs was loose. 6. The grill’s grease tray was filthy, appearing uncleaned for some time. While the place had potential, these small oversights left us feeling a bit uncomfortable, particularly with the unusable appliances and limited supplies, which took away from the otherwise pleasant setting.

This is not a bad review!! The house is beautiful and the pool and lake view are absolutely breathtaking. We rented the house because of the pool to celebrate our daughter’s 7th birthday and she had a wonderful time. But here are the things that could have been better: 1) There were no rugs on the inside of the house at the front door or side sliding door - huge issue when you’re walking in and out wet from the pool. 2) The house lacks linen and towels in general - we were 6 guests and there was a total of exactly 6 bath towels and NO POOL TOWELS! We had to go to Walmart to buy some otherwise we would have had to use the only bath towels we had to dry out of the pool. There were also no dish cloths in the kitchen and no extra sheets. 3) The house lacked some basic items that should have been provided: there were NO GARBAGE BAGS! Huge issue and something we needed to go out and buy as well. There was also no laundry detergent (the container was there but it was empty, so we also had to get some). 4) The garbage container outside was completely full when we arrived so we had no room to put our garbage. And you can tell it had been full for a while because there were maggots all over the inside lid and it smelled terribly. Luckily there was dumpster down the street so we were able to throw our garbage there. 5) The grill was unusable! We had to scrub it clean. 6) The house lacks on maintenance and cleaning as well. It’s a beautiful home and it needs to be better cared for.

Little piece of paradise!

This was a stay-cation for our family. Just wanted a quiet place to get away and enjoy each other's company. This property did that and more! Owners were HIGHLY responsive! Beautiful decor! Beds were quite comfortable. Plenty of towels. Most of the kitchen utensils we needed were provided. The pool was a little cloudy and pumps weren't on when we arrived but I messaged the owner and they sent someone out very promptly! The only thing was the arcade machine wasn't working and either was the dishwasher, but neither put a damper on our trip. Thanks to the owners! We had an amazing stay!

Beautiful, tech savvy property

Beautiful home! Appliances are up to date. Bluetooth speakers & bidets were nice added touches in bathrooms. Aesthetics of decor & floors were very nice. Great location to Del Prado Blvd. The pool is very nice, but could use some updated furniture on the lanai. If you are looking for the Harley bar on the lanai, it is no longer there as pictured. No switch or remote would turn on the ceiling fan on the lanai, nor would the light turn off on the same fan, which shines significantly through the master bedroom's opaque glass door when trying to sleep. You must bring your own trash bags as there was not even one in the kitchen trash can, prompting a return trip to the store for that & paper towels, also not furnished. Property sleeps 9 but there were not enough towels for 2 people to shower, wash faces, and enjoy the pool. We had to try to conserve and wash towels. Additional towels were delivered after we requested, the 4th into 5 nights stay. Yard was in desperate need of being mowed as our small dog tried to navigate the tall weeds and grass. Wi-Fi was hit/ miss on smart TV'S, requested assistance but none was given. No Wi-Fi password was provided to gain connectivity or connect any devices. You will run all devices on data. Communication was good with owners & then became quite delayed when suggested to advise tenants of basic needs they would have to provide (add. towels/paper towels/ trash bags). I give 4 ⭐ due to easy fixes owner can provide.
