Amazing pool!

We enjoyed a two week stay at this beautiful home. The pool/hot tub was the star of the property. The bedrooms were roomy and the kitchen was very spacious . The 3-car garage was mentioned x 2 in the listing but when we asked for the opener we were told it was not available- very disappointing and misleading. The house needs a little TLC- there were 5 smoke alarms dismantled in various rooms and a ground fault circuit breaker in the kitchen not working properly.

Cape Coral Getaway

House is nice . Pool was cold everyday ! We didn’t have the warmest weather but we felt they should adjust temp up so you could at least get in when it got warmer in afternoon. Neighborhood nice and very quiet .

Started rough, but ended great

When we arrived the pool wasn't able to be used and looked like it hadn't been used in some time. I contacted the property manager, who was fantastic and very easy to work with, and she helped correct the issue. Unfortunately, we lost 3 days using the pool. Otherwise, everything was fantastic and would definitely go back.

Friends vacation

We enjoyed the house, it was a great place. The only problem we had was with the pool. It never was right from day one, had to add water every other day, witch cause reheating all the time. Heater was out for days. Us guys come for the golf and the wives come for pool and sun. Wasn't a good two weeks for them. We do this every year after x-mas for two weeks.

Relaxation Rendezvous

The property was stunning. The house was everything it said it was and more. It was impeccably clean. Our property manager was great about keeping in contact with us and even got us a new pool skimmer when needed and dropped it off at the property for us. The only thing we suggest is a bigger, more clean grill.

Clean house that is a few details off from perfect

House is bigger and better laid out than it seems in the pics. Pool is good size and heated when needed. Lots of outdoor space for family fun under the lanai. Not as much privacy - larger hedges/plants around the parameter of the pool would add significantly to it. Backs up to a pond. Some window plantation blinds don’t work or are broken. The big picture window from the kitchen/living area to the pool is beautiful, but could use a set of blinds. Some light bulbs don’t work. Garage door needs adjusted. We are somewhat picky with these details, but if you can overlook them, the house and the stay was excellent for the money. Close drive to Publix and 45 min max to Captiva.

Very Nice Pool Home

Great property we were close to everything with lots to do. Home was clean and we had good communication with the property manager as well. Very well stocked VRBO. We will stay there again. Only one thing missing and that was beach chairs to take to the beach otherwise no complaints.

Beautiful and spacious

This place was awesome for a family with teens. 4 bedrooms and a bonus room. All the boxes were checked for a Florida retreat. Pool, lanai, hot tub. Plenty of dishes, plates and cooking utensils. The layout of the house is really nice! It’s close to a Publix and restaurants and banks, about five minutes. 40 minutes to airport and 30 or 40 to the beach. We prefer to have a large place with all the amenities for a decent rate, even if it means a half hour drive to the beach. The only issues were no communication prior to arrival, despite messaging for recommendations and check in info. Communication did pick up the day of arrival. The last VRBO we stayed at had detailed explanations for everything in the house clearly placed. Not so much here. We had to call for the WiFi password, never did figure out how to adjust the heat on the hot tub. The grill was very dirty so we didn’t even think about using it. There were no trash bags so kitchen trash cans got dirty as did the trash bins in the garage. The floating things for the pool were stiff and dirty from spending the winter in the outdoor storage area. There was nothing for the beach. I have been places where they at least have a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use if you go to the beach. The beach towels were a little on the thin side. Overall, I would go back for sure. The furniture inside and out was nice. Plenty of kitchen stuff (minus trash bags). Lots of room with pool table and darts, plenty of nice TVs. The bedding was ok, not bad and not luxurious. 4 out of 5 stars. Could be a 5 with hot tub instructions, a clean grill and a couple of beach chairs!

Perfect getaway! Awesome pool / Spa Backyard Oasis

This was a fantastic place. The house was amazing! Huge kitchen where 6 of us could move about our morning rituals without interfering with another. Backyard was fantastic with the heated pool and Spa. 5 min to groceries & Gas. 35 min to beach. There were 3 huge TVs but honestly with the Pool/Spa and upstairs Games room we never turned on even one TV! We would definitely stay here again if we decide to return to Southwest Florida. Experienced Renters

we have been renting for many years , and this property was one of the best . Perfect for our golfing group , but also great for families and couples . The only complaint is that the barbecue was not cleaned properly by previous users . Years of crud and ash has built up . The barbecue should be replaced .

Wonderful home

It is a wonderful home. I say home because it felt like I was home. Everything is warm and inviting. Chris and Liz are both wonderful. The screened in patio area is very nice. The neighborhood is a nice well maintained areea. The drive way is sufficient for 2 full size pickups. There are plenty towels and pillows (very important to us 😀) The only suggestion I could possibly make to the whole stay would be a binder with a list of things, ie check out instructions, how to operate hot tub, local grocery stores, restaurants and things to do in area. By far this has been the nicest house we have stayed at with vrbo.
