The aptly named Villa Miracle is located in Cape CoralÂŽs idyllic westside. 4 bedrooms with double beds and TVs are available. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and direct access to the pool area. In addition, the villa has a second bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

You will also find dishes, cutlery, a whole range of utensils and appliances like coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher â as well as bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The living area features two dining tables, and another table is located in the roofed section of the lanai. Right next to it, a gas grill allows you to have barbecues with your whole family.
Another highlight is the pool with its elegant form and electric heating. Here, you can go for a swim at any weather. Of course, you are also welcome to unwind on sunbeds and lounge chairs while admiring the beautiful garden. Premium relaxation is guaranteed by the villaÂŽs jacuzzi. Alternatively, spend some quality time with your family indoors, where a large sofa and flat-screen TV are perfect for movie sessions.
Motorists and guests who want to take daytrips will appreciate the villaÂŽs location. In just a few minutes, you can access Veterans Parkway. This motorway connects Cape Coral with Fort Myers and Matlacha. The next public beach is located 9 miles to the south, and Fort Myers Beach can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
Grocery shopping is no problem, as the vicinity features Publix, Walmart and Aldi supermarkets within 10 minutes driving distance. 1 mile to the north, you will find the Shops at Surfside, and only a 5-minute car ride separates you from the playground at Fellowship Park. If you love exciting waterslides, you are in for a treat: In just 10 minutes, you can get to Sun Splash Waterpark, one of Cape CoralÂŽs most popular attractions for families.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
