“Lovely condo centrally located near the shops and many restaurants. It was the perfect location for what we were looking for on this trip. The large deck is amazing and would be a huge benefit in the warmer weather. There are many stairs to climb. It’s a good cardio workout but was challenging for my 85 year old mother. She knew in advance about the stairs so I give her credit for taking the challenge. No issues getting in touch with the owner. He is very prompt. ”

“This is a cute little condo that had great amenities. We liked that sheets, towels, toilet paper and paper towels were provided. There is a large smart tv in the living room and master bedroom. Conveniently located and two parking spots are provided. Leonard is a wonderful host and gets back to you almost immediately with any needs or questions. I highly recommend this rental. ”

“We did not have access to the pool. The other guests had keys that beeped open the locked pool gates, but the keys to our unit were just regular old keys that only opened the room. Not great. Wouldn’t be a big issue on a weekend when pool is busy and people are frequently going in and out of gate, but we purposely booked midweek to avoid crowds and there was often no one in the pool. “If you have traveled to Jersey shore before, you know that parking is key. I would say this was the best thing of this stay. If you are considering a hotel stay vs this, the price and what was provided is not worth this. Do your research first. The extra fees and such will make this a more expensive stay than a hotel.
