“The facilities aren't entirely completed but other than that excellent.”

“The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...

“Hardware (villa itself, lobby etc) was very nice and still very new. It was very pleasant to be staying in the villa. Suggest to change hair dryer to Dyson please. Service - Could be improved. Hardly the standard you'd expect from Raffles and at this price point. Butler - Nice young guy but attitude unfort, was gen Z. I had a t-shirt to do laundry on, asked him for the laundry rate, and he told me to check the paper in the laundry bag... Villa snacks - Complimentary daily refill never...

“Clean room. Nice to borrow a tandem bike. Nice roof top pool bar.”

“Nice ECO friendly hotel with à lovely roof top garden with lots of plants, don’t miss to take the complimentary ”eco tour” in the hotel. Wonderful pool with spring water (no chloride). Breakfast and restaurant was ok but no more than that, an extra plus for the nice ”extra”co workers in the restaurant, we loved them! We stayed in a deluxe room , nice and clean with a great view. Missed extra towels, only one provided! Beach club across the street, with high noise on weekend nights. Overall a...

“Very cheap, and great location for buses towards downtown and towards Sentosa. Nice staff. Not so much to complain about for that price.”
