“My room was moved to a "pet friendly room". I was ok with that until I went in the room. Pet friendly rooms should have a bordered platform under the box spring so cats cannot get under there. The material under the boxsprings were torn and half of it laid on the floor. Looked very tacky. Before I brought my cat in I looked under the beds with a flashlight. They were absolutely filthy with a sticky trap for bugs under each bed. If a cat put a paw in there to investigate a dead critter,...

“The room smelled and the AC was loud. The ceiling was peeling. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors at 5:15am having a conversation with a lot of profanity. It woke my four year old and he couldn’t go back to sleep. Instead, he heard lots of inappropriate language. We quickly packed and left. I won’t use this hotel in the future. ”

“The room was spacious, decorated very nicely, comfortable and clean! The free breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and the location was great! The staff was very friendly and professional.”

“Room were small but fine for the price. Breakfast was good. My only concern was that it appeared that the owners extended family might be living there and there were constantly a lot of kids in the lobby running around and not being controlled.”

“The whole staff and shuttle driver went above and beyond, when i got back to the airport and found my car not there. Easy booking an extra night until i could get a ride home. The shuttle driver took me back and forth to try to rent a car. Offered to take me to get food. I only stay at this Hampton Inn when i do travel out of the airport. Close enough to places to walk and get some food without having to worry about getting on the main highway. They are always clean and always Daily coffee and...

“When we first started walked into the room it had a terrible smell, it smelled like old and smoke. The tv didn’t work and all furniture were dirty and old. The curtains made you want to throw up, we asked for a change of room. The new room had a broken window that was taped, the couch was really dirty and the new room was just as terrible as the other one, only this time the tv actually worked.
