“Got there at 340 and our room was not ready yet So we had to change in our pickup, to go to a concert cause he wouldn't let me check in”

“Staff pleasant, however not not willing to match price of room with Expedia, when asked in person at hotel. Much better prices on Expedia. Hotel elevator not working and given room on 3rd floor. Rokm was clean. Worth price on Expedia. Overpriced if you were to book with hotel directly. ”

“Breakfast was great, especially with my Starbucks coffee! Staff was very courteous and everything was very clean!”

“Staff was great. Park and fly option is great. My only complaint is that the tv is mounted in a weird way so only one of us could see the screen from the bed. The bathroom hand soap is mounted on a wall so you have to shut the door to use the sink. It was pretty noisy in the hallways in early evening. Other than that it was a great stay.”

“They charged us a $50 deposit, claiming they would refund it at checkout—but that never happened. They stole our $50, and the exact same thing happened to some acquaintances of ours. On top of that, the refrigerator didn't even work.”

“My experience was average. The place had a smell that I didn’t find pleasant, and the walls showed several imperfections that could be improved. I understand it’s a budget option, but with a bit more maintenance it could offer a better experience. I stayed out of necessity, although I personally wouldn’t choose it again.”

“Do not take your personal property into the rooms! I left all of our items in my car. If there had been any other options for the night I needed I would have canceled my reservation. As soon as my son and I entered the room I immediately killed the cockroach in the bathroom. The bedding was clean but the ick factor was at an all time high. If I could have made the drive back home and not made it home at 6am I would have. Absolutely disgusting. ”

“My husband and I were in Townsend for our grand daughter's wedding. We stayed at Laural Valley Mountain Retreat. We were on the second floor and had a great view. When I booked our room, I had no idea we would be walking up 21 steps to our room. SURPRISE!!!! These are thing you really need to know about when booking. My husband is 78 and I am 76 and have had total knee replacement in both knees. I was also wearing a heart monitor that weekend. Boy did I give it a workout. ...

“It says breakfast but it’s just granola bars and coffee. The rooms aren’t updated at all. We paid for a queen bed and pull out saga but when we arrived the pull out sofa was broken so they gave me a roll away bed and still charged full price. It was supposed to be smoke free but smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The location is its best feature. I wouldn’t book again though.”
