“Everything was good but unfortunately the elevator was down but everything else was great”

“The room smelled and the AC was loud. The ceiling was peeling. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors at 5:15am having a conversation with a lot of profanity. It woke my four year old and he couldn’t go back to sleep. Instead, he heard lots of inappropriate language. We quickly packed and left. I won’t use this hotel in the future. ”

“The room was spacious, decorated very nicely, comfortable and clean! The free breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and the location was great! The staff was very friendly and professional.”

“Room were small but fine for the price. Breakfast was good. My only concern was that it appeared that the owners extended family might be living there and there were constantly a lot of kids in the lobby running around and not being controlled.”

“Hotel has a good location, but, unfortunately, the reviews online are a bit inaccurate given our experience. The hotel was very dirty-including the elevator- and needed sweeping and vacuuming. In addition, there was a horrible smell and the bathroom was not clean as well. I hate to leave a review like this one, but avoid this hotel if at all possible. ”

“The whole staff and shuttle driver went above and beyond, when i got back to the airport and found my car not there. Easy booking an extra night until i could get a ride home. The shuttle driver took me back and forth to try to rent a car. Offered to take me to get food. I only stay at this Hampton Inn when i do travel out of the airport. Close enough to places to walk and get some food without having to worry about getting on the main highway. They are always clean and always Daily coffee and...

“We left at 0515, office was not open, pictures of room on expedia, was not the room i checked into, beds were clean, someone needs to scrub the bathtub, had a dirt ring. Not in a bad area, within walking distance to Walmart.”
