âGreat location close to the airport. Lots of dining and convenience options without having to get on the main road. Staff was friendly and helpful.â
âThe room was not tended to the last two nights.
Everytime anyone in a room nearby would flush, shower or make any noice it can be heard loudly and will wake you up during the night unless you are a heavy sleeper. The reception staff was firendly and helpful and the hotel was in a convenient area to me but I will not stay there again.â
âTransport service to airport a major plus. Also flexibility of a later check-out was of major help. Front desk of major help on a few situations.â
âAc was great, they have a minor roach and prostitution issue, couldnât sleep without hearing them âworkingâ or waiting outside for people every night.â
âReally, it's an adequate place to stay if cost is a factor. It was cheaper than the La Quinta next door, but not by much, and I wish I'd gone to the other because I was hosting my nieces. If it was just myself, the cost would have been the main factor and the inconveniences wouldn't have mattered. The place came across as a bit shabby. Clean, but shabby.â
âThe hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.â
