“Front desk was super helpful. Always smiling and happy to be there….. Super clean rooms While everyone at the hotel was super nice, Janis at the Front desk made sure our room was ready for us. Breakfast is a nice touch, with everything you need to start off your day. Great staff overall. Looking forward to our next visit to Bethany.”

“We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon.”

“The breakfast was delicious, clean rooms and great accessible parking. The staff was also very friendly and helpful however housekeeping was going to help us clean something that spilled and hours later never came, we needed new towels as well that never got delivered so we had to refollow up at that point they had already left and we had to have help from the desk. The ice machine was working for some ice and then stopped working, which was unfortunate on the hot day.”

“An older hotel, with an fantastic person in the reception, whos name was Karen (I believe). She was very warm and caring. The room and hotel is ok. Nothing fancy, but the location with the beach just 4-5 min walkingdistance is fantastic. The beach and the area is wonderful. We had a room towards the street and it was a litte noisy from the street, but i was ok. Its much better with a room towards the back that you also see fantastic houses and watercanals. ”

“Love staying here and will return time and time again. The rooms are always clean. You’re right near the ocean. They give you free ice in a bag and coupon discounts to the local attractions. They could have a better selection for the free breakfast. They do need to maintain the properties a little better. For the price, just the bed quality and proximity to beach makes me super happy!”

“Got an allergic reaction when entering the room. After we said we would have to leave they gave us another room. They should have done when I first told then about the moldy smell.”

“Somewhat clean property. Just a hotel to sleep and shower in. Location is its only plus. Parking garage was too small and hard to park. Shower and beds were basic. I didn’t appreciate being put in the front of the parking lot on the first floor. Super noisy. Cleaning staff were friendly. Won’t be coming back to this location as it was overpriced like all the other hotels in the area for summer.”

“The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was great, the air conditioning worked well, the property was well maintained, parking was available and easy. We had a great stay!”

“My only complaint was that they didn’t offer a full size mirror and the bathroom was a bit small but overall stay was pleasant and I enjoyed the balcony overlooking Coastal Highway”

“We arrived after 5 pm on our arrival date and the room wasn't ready. We stood in the hallway for approximately a half hour while they got the room ready and it seemed like a rush job.”
