“We had a great stay, the condo was very clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was with the check-in process as we were given the wrong code, resulting in one hour of time standing around waiting to get a hold of somebody to fix it.”

“The property we originally rented was not available due to "roof repair" and we were notified about a month before the trip. While this was not ideal, Kingfisher offered money back, same rental next year or alternate property. We chose the latter and were given a great deal. The Baywatch Casa house was huge, overlooking Roosevelt channel with its own dock and kayaks, and its own outdoor saltwater pool. “I did not stay in the original listing but was rebooked to a large house with a separate pool. It was a lovely home but due to the extreme heat the pool was quite warm. House was exactly as described and presented in great condition. The contact with kingfisher was also friendly and clear. I would book again.”

Its such a beautiful, high end place so in keeping with that theme my only recommendation is to replace the frying pan, as it was all scratched and maybe upgrade a couple of the beach towels (they were very thin and scratchy).”

“As expected, Seven Seas is still under rebuild from hurricane Ian, but this condo unit was in very good condition and suited our needs. Pools are open and in good condition and we were just minutes from the beach.”

“We had a great time at this property and plan to return! It was very clean and had many of the things you need so we didn’t have to pack! The beach is very close and an easy walk! The golf cart is left at where the ferry drops you off so it’s easy to get to the house and saves you money. We were very impressed by everything. Thank you!!!”

“The unit is in excellent shape and has a beautiful view of the sunsets. Very close to the pool and beach and an easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Overall the property is still recovering from Ian but the location and the unit itself were A-one! We also forgot an item and had to get back into the unit after check out. It was no problem and one call to the manager solved the matter is less than a minute. Excellent service. We are thinking about returning in the Fall.”

“We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend!”
