“We were in Unit 3. 2nd level on the road side. During the day you could hear road noise but who cares when sitting on the beach. Evenings were very quiet. We stopped in Ft Meyer's and loaded up on groceries so we barely spent a penny once there. The property is directly on the beach. We watched the dolphins from the screened in lanai. The queen mattress was very comfortable. All the units were full and ALL the guests were so friendly... considerate... kind. The laundry is communal, and there...

“The home was clean and beautiful. The kids loved the pool and looking for shells at the beach. The only disappointment was the hot tub, which would not heat up. Loved our stay regardless and would absolutely stay again.”

“This is a really nice little place very close to the beach. Check-in was easy, as was the check-out process. We loved how secluded we felt but also how close the house was to restaurants and the shops on the main road. We rented bikes but didn't need them as walking was a much easier option. The house was in decent condition. As it is a rental property I don't really expect perfection, but the things that mattered to us were clean sheets and towels, both of which this house had. “The unit is in excellent shape and has a beautiful view of the sunsets. Very close to the pool and beach and an easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Overall the property is still recovering from Ian but the location and the unit itself were A-one! We also forgot an item and had to get back into the unit after check out. It was no problem and one call to the manager solved the matter is less than a minute. Excellent service. We are thinking about returning in the Fall.”

“Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. Extra full fridge in the basement along with the largest collection of beach chairs we've ever seen. Plenty of carts for the short walk down...
