“The hosts were fantastic. This room was so much better than a hotel. Great bathroom and bedroom. The only 2 suggestions I have are1) there is no way to control the room temp because it’s connected to the temp set at the main house. There is a ceiling fan which helps. 2) there is nowhere to sit inside the room to work/use laptop. On my last day I found a folding chair in the closet but I’m not sure where it would work. I sat outside to work with my laptop on a pillow in my lap. I would stay here...

“Easy check in and beautiful property. Close to the beach but in a quieter neighborhood. Lots of extras....grill, laundry, outdoor games, etc. Very comfortable and spacious! Will definitely be back.”

“This was a nice property, as in pictures. It was secluded and view from back porch to a lake/pond is great with a morning coffee or late night cocktail. Location is easily accessible to local venues. Publix and liquor store at end of street, and gas station across street. The Host does need to correct some issues and she does reply. Overall stay was great and we did a weekend in Matlacha (Matt LaShay.. LOL) .”

“This place was amazing. Extremely comfortable and fully stocked. You could easily travel with just some clothes and more personal toiletries. The hosts include everything else, including multiple types of sunscreen. The decor was lovely. We loved the octopus theme. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained with lots of seating. “The place is fantastic, the location is fantastic, the process was fantastic! The entire experience could not have been more simple! The only thing I did not realized prior to booking was there is no parking included. At 65 bucks a day it may be an issue for some visitors to public park. With that said, the parking lot is within a few steps! Our stay-cation on FMB was good for the soul… Thank you!”

“Unit was perfect for our stay. Easy walk to the beach, beach essentials offered were great, even though we didn’t use most of them. It was nice that they were available. Shower heads were amazing!! ”

“Such an adorable place for a quick getaway. The owner's communication was top notch, and they were quick to respond to my questions. The property is as described, and was well-stocked with all basic amenities, and then some! The room came with beach towels, chairs, and umbrella and wagon, and the property had bikes for use. The beds were very comfy. We would 100% book this property again!Thank you”
