Didn't find the booking
"When I arrived, they couldn't find my Hotels.com booking. I showed my reservation number, but no. I was asked to wait in a sofa, but after 30 minutes I gave up and asked again. Once again, they couldn't find it, so they took pictures of my reservation and on my paid receipt (on my phone) and then finally I got a room. "
