  • Ursprungligen byggdes på 1800-talet, denna stuga har restaurerats och utvidgas för att ge en hög standard på boende.
    1 dubbelrum, 1 tvåbäddsrum med full storlek enkelsängar och resesäng. Dusch / toalett på bottenvåningen. Alla sängkläder, handdukar etc. ingår. TV / DVD och Wi-Fi. Fastigheten har behållit sin forna karaktär innehåller en spiraltrappa i sten vilket kan vara svårt för äldre och mycket unga. Husdjur är välkomna efter överenskommelse med ägare, men inte lämnas utan uppsikt. Egen uppfart till stugan med gott säker parkering. Grillmöjligheter finns. Privat Jacuzzi ligger i trädgården, tillgänglig på begäran mellan 10:00 och 21:30

We had a really great stay at the stone cottage, all amenities were available, it was clean, and comfortable. We would happily stay here again amd again, and the hosts were fantastic, even making sure the log burner was lit and the place warmed up for us before we arrived. Really couldn't have asked for more. Great place

Incredible short getaway

Excellent stay, the hosts do go above and beyond for you, good value for money stay. If you're looking for a getaway for a couple or small family then I would recommend here.

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Cottage sehr wohlgefühlt. Der wunderbar bepflanzte Garten war riesig und stand uns komplett zur Verfügung, inkl. zweier Terrassen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Cottage war sehr wohnlich eingerichtet und wertig ausgestattet. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert, die Vermieter nett und unaufdringlich.

The property is in a beautiful part of the country and ideal for those looking for peace and quiet. The area is close to lots of beautiful areas to visit and the owners are so kind and accomodating, I would definitely recommend to those looking for some peaceful relaxation.

Cozy cottage and lovely hosts

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the cottage after days of hiking. All was clean and cozy with breathtaking idyllic views. The hosts were so kind and genuine, we would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic little cottage

A wonderful cottage with views of the nearby fields. The hosts Janet and Mike were so lovely greeting us on arrival, and making us feel very welcomed. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

A piece of Paradise

This was such a beautiful piece of property and such a charming cabin. Our house were wonderful. If we ever return to Wales we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend anyone who wants a special experience stay here. Thank you so much Janet and Mike for our wonderful time.

Cosy cottage in rolling hills

We had a fantastic couple of days here, the cottage was really cosy and the wood burning stove was great. Nestled in the edge of a woodland with views across the hills the cottage has the feeling of getting away from it all despite being at the end of the owners garden and only 10minute drive to usk.

Coziness and Breathtaking Beauty

We loved staying at this beautiful cottage in such a beautiful location. It was so cozy and the surrounding area was everything we dreamed it would be. Janet and Mike were so welcoming and helpful. We felt like we were visiting family! The surrounding gardens and all the flowers are bountiful and obviously lovingly cared for. And we loved all the nature: bunnies, chickens, and sheep. A total paradise.

Fantastic views of the valley from either of the sitting areas. Friendly hosts. As others have said, stairs are very narrow at the top, but to be expected for the type of place it is. Perfect place for a very relaxing couple days. Could not recommend more.

Utterly delightful!

I can’t say enough about this place! Not only was the house gorgeous and comfortable, but the grounds and gardens were stunning. The views! We felt like we’d landed in another, better universe. Janet was so kind and helped us solve an access problem in the most generous way possible. If I could live there forever, I would.

Absolute charm and beauty

Exceptional at all levels, very clean and well furnished, the location, views and garden beauty are beyond words. I highly recommend with a note about the fact that it is a bit difficult to manage the little (beautiful) stone stairs to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located if you are not very mobile; I enjoyed all details and the wood stove. Cannot get much better than this.

Overwhelmed…..

Perfect few days away….. The cottage was beautiful with outstanding views and the most enchanting forest behind us. Made some new friends too, the chickens and Fern the dog were adorable. We loved everything about it and by far the perfect place for peace and quiet away from suburban life. Mike and Janet were the loveliest of people. Would certainly recommend this gem of a place. Can’t wait to go back! Thankyou Mike and Janet for giving us the opportunity to stay in you’re beautiful cottage x
