The Space:

Welcome to our modern Cardiff home, designed for comfort and enjoyment! Let's explore the spaces:



* **Bedrooms:** We have four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2 offers bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends. Bedroom 3 has a comfortable double bed, and Bedroom 4 provides a single bed. All bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind.

* **Living Room:** The inviting living room is a shared space, perfect for relaxing and socializing. It features a cozy indoor fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere. Enjoy the entertainment provided by a TV.

* **Kitchen:** The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. It also includes a toaster, kettle, and all the dishes and silverware you'll need to prepare delicious meals.

* **Dining Room:** The dining room is a dedicated space for enjoying meals together. A dining table is provided.

* **Game Room:** Have some fun in the game room, equipped with a foosball table and ping pong table.

* **Bathrooms:** There are two full bathrooms, offering convenience and privacy for all guests. One bathroom features a bathtub.

You'll have exclusive access to our entire 4-bedroom Cardiff home! Enjoy all the spaces described in the 'Space' section, including the bedrooms, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, game room with foosball and ping pong, and two full bathrooms. Step outside to your private garden retreat, complete with a relaxing hot tub (Hot Tub (must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in): £49), outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill for al fresco dining. You'll also have access to essential amenities like high-speed internet, heating, and room-darkening shades for a comfortable stay.

If you're flying in, Cardiff Airport (CWL) is about a 30-minute drive. Parking is free on the street, providing hassle-free parking for your vehicle. Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our Cardiff home. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you respect these times to allow us to prepare the house for our next guests. Free street parking is available, but please be mindful of any local parking restrictions. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. For your safety, we have installed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The hot tub is a fantastic feature, but please use it responsibly, following all provided instructions. We want you to have a great time, but please also be considerate of our neighbors regarding noise levels, especially during evening hours.
