Thank you for your review, Apologies for all the issues you found,You did come and ask me for towels which the housekeeping team had forgotten , I brought these right up to the apartment, and asked if you was happy with everything , and mentioned i was in reception if you needed anything, I appreciate you shouldn't have had any issues , however I'm disappointed we didn't get an opportunity to address any problem, I have gone over these points with the housekeeping team, Regarding parking, i can see that we had contacted you about the parking and you had been allocated that space, which is a wide space , The car you photographed was one of our staff's husband, who was dropping them off, he spoke to you outside and moved his car straight away.
