“We liked it very much.”

“The check-in process was so easy. My flight have been delayed for hours and I couldn't even think straight anymore and the lady checked me in and was so kind and helpful. The room was adorable and I left a little kitchenette that was separate from the room and bathroom. They had a plunge pool and a hot tub and it was just adorable and felt secluded from the noisy atmosphere of the town which I do like but it's nice to have a quiet place.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. Even if the place itself is pretty nice it’s in an unsafe area. When we were about to leave there a people doing drugs just outside the entrance and we felt we could not go outside. We got it confirmed by two taxi drivers that this is one of the worst areas in San Juan. There is no reception either which makes it worse. ”

“Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) - Absolute Nightmare! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed. It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous...

“The stay was clean and the beach is close by. Owners were easy to communicate with and answered every question quick!”

“A 10/10 stay! This hotel is in a fantastic, highly convenient local spot where everything is within walking distance. We loved being so close to La Placita, Miramar, and Carolina Beach, and having incredible food trucks nearby made it even better. The property itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and complimentary parking made our trip completely hassle-free. A huge bonus was that they provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which came in so handy for our beach day. Staying here was an...

“The Magdalena Hotel and its staff will always have a special place in our hearts. As true ambassadors of Puerto Rico, each team member brought their unique personality and warmth to create a deeply individualized and memorable experience for us during our stay. My spouse and I have traveled extensively and met many wonderful people along the way, but the relationships we formed at your hotel truly transcend the miles between us. Anyone visiting Puerto Rico would miss the true soul of the...

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room and overall property were very clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with restaurants, the beach, and shops all conveniently nearby. The staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Everything made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again!”
