“Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) - Absolute Nightmare! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed. It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. “Wonderful stay. Amazing staff available 24/7 for anything and everything. Free covered and secure parking. Penthouse gym and morning breakfasts. Private and comfortable room. This will be our new spot.”

“Stayed a night here together with my husband before traveling to the east coast of the island. The service was excellent and the hotel is located relatively close to the airport and has free parking. A complimentary breakfast can be had at a nearby café/restaurant. Will stay here again if I come back to San Juan. ”

“We liked it very much.”

“Our stay was wonderful; the staff were always helpful. The hotel was always clean, also housekeeping was always diligent upon request. Breakfast,”

“Väldigt rent hotell/rum läget mitt i old san juan ”

“The check-in process was so easy. My flight have been delayed for hours and I couldn't even think straight anymore and the lady checked me in and was so kind and helpful. The room was adorable and I left a little kitchenette that was separate from the room and bathroom. They had a plunge pool and a hot tub and it was just adorable and felt secluded from the noisy atmosphere of the town which I do like but it's nice to have a quiet place.”

“Excellent stay with such a wonderful staff! We will be back for sure.”

“Amazing place! Impeccable location. Thank you”
