Just inside the gates of a world-renowned resort this newly renovated Chateau in the Cortez Building(April 2023) is just steps away from PFC Camp and La Costa Resort Spa/Salon. This 1 bedroom 2 bath condo is on the third floor of the complex. The building has its own pool along with remote gate parking under the complex.

The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to create a culinary delight of your own. Cook your own meals with the Café Induction cooktop and oven. Equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. Separate beverage station with beverage cooler. Need a break from cooking? There is no need to drive. Just take a short stroll to Bar-Traza or Bob's Steak & Chop House. With all the resort amenities and all that San Diego has to offer, you will be sure to come back to this elegant condo.

IMPORTANT - Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that once you have booked, you will be directed to SUPERHOG to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed within 3 days of booking and before check in.

Just one complaint

The condo was very comfortable and decorated nicely, Everything was clean. The only negative was the king bed which had a foam topper which was very soft and hard to sleep on. Perhaps a new mattress is required.

Fabulous Property

Our stay here was excellent.We were there for 2 weeks and it served our needs perfectly. Close to a variety of golf courses which was our primary reason for going. Also walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Property manager was very professional and replied promptly to our questions. Highly recommend!

Returned for a Second Stay

We came back for a second weekend while working locally. It suits our need for a quiet location, away from crowds, etc. It’s efficiently designed, and very comfortable for two people. The unit is also well-maintained and it’s easy to communicate with the property manager. We plan to return again soon!

Almost Perfect... Things to Consider

The unit is beautifully decorated and newly upgraded but comes with a few inconveniences that may or may not make a difference to you. Parking in front is limited and the garage is gated and requires a "clicker" located inside the unit. You will need to find the elevator in the main lobby. The unit is on the 3rd floor. The remote is hanging on the wall inside. The garage is divided in half with two separate entrances, and you have to find the one assigned to the unit. It would have been a lot easier if we had known about all of this, which is why I'm sharing this info about our experience. The unit is well-equipped, but if you're not tech-savvy, you may find it a bit frustrating to watch tv or cook anything. I was not able to use the stove or oven because it was so high-tech that it required a "set-up" The only instruction I found was a digital screen on the cooktop that said it needed to be "paired" with the correct cookware. Thank goodness there was a microwave! As to watching TV, it's all streaming and requires personal sign-in info. A/C and heating units are operated via remote, and require a bit of time to figure out. As to bed, bath and overall comfort, it was great with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed and very clean and modern.
