“Looks like the dishwasher is not working. It was running when we got here and kept running all evening without stopping. Looks like it has an error code E-15. Later we stopped it and opened it and it was empty. So we just washed our dinner dishes by hand in the sink. Also we noticed the silverware and pans were dirty when we got here so we washed them before dinner. The tablecloth had crumbs when we arrived. We messaged the host about the dishwasher and they responded that it was to be replaced...

“House was clean and spacious. Good location 30 mins to caverns and an hour to Guadalupe mountains. Would recommend ”

“This adobe home is beautiful, charming, and has a good yard for a dog. Our only concern was there was a homeless man camped out on the yard right outside the chain link fence. Though he did not bother us, our dog wanted to bark at him and it's not a view you would like to see when pating for a vacation stay. yard right ”

“Thank you for a cozy place to stay while I checked out Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns. The bed was comfy, but the bathroom was really small. The shower in the camper I stayed at in Big Bend was bigger than this shower. If you’re looking for a great burger go to Lucky Bull Grill! ”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. The house has a very clean and cozy feel. We loved the layout, wood floors, spacious rooms, sunroom, and kitchen. We need to travel with our own food due to medical needs, so I especially loved the kitchen and its built-in pantry and nice fridge. The beds are all extremely comfortable. The location is convenient to attractions and shopping. Be sure to head over to the city park by the water that's super close by.”

“Came for my son's wedding. This was a very spacious home, that gave great vibes as soon as you opened the door. My grandson loved the spacious backyard. After all of the festivities over the weekend it was nice to come to a peaceful place that reminds you of home!! Very relaxing, . Carlsbad is a hidden Gem. i'll stay there again when i come visit my son.”

“Clean and nice home. We were a bit confused on the beds. The occupancy of 10 counts a pull out sofa in the living room. The backyard was nice but definitely needed some maintenance. Ripped up landscaping fabric and weeds. The ceiling fan above the bunkbeds was a bit risky. But we had fun and enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pingpong table and spent a lot of time enjoying the fun in the garageBrett was quick to respond and kind. ”

“We stayed at this very nice home while we took day trips to the surrounding National Parks (Carlsbad Caverns, Guadeloupe Mohntains, White Sands) and Roswell, NM. This location served us well as a home base for our travels and recouping from daily adventures. ”

“Location and property were great! Close to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National and Sitting Bull Falls parks. Townhome was fully loaded and sits on river with nice park to walk dogs right down the road! Easy check in/out process! Thanks for hosting us!”

“This was a great place to rest and relax after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountain National Park. The kitchen has everything you need! We were treated to fresh blueberry muffins and fresh eggs in the day of our arrival. The owners were so kind and let us know that the property was ready if we wanted to check in early. “Poor, unattractive neighborhood, dirt front yard without any landscaping and an old Dryer sitting on front porch, near front door. Living room looks baron with only a couch against one wall and TV. on the opposing wall. It is the only TV in the house, none in any bedroom, no dishwasher, no family dining area, no mirror in master bedroom, not even in connected half bath (over the sink?). Toilet paper too far to reach in main bathroom. Completely disappointed in property and price.”
