“We were able to visit the Arch and enjoy a Cardinals game. We also went to the aquarium, which is great if you are traveling with kids. This home was very clean the beds were Great. The neighbor was quiet Everything you needed was provided for you. Our first night the shower head broke off, we were able to find a spare shower head and a pair of pliers, got it fixed with no problems. We will stay here again when visiting St Louis. “This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host.”

“Couldn't get into the property. Had to call and text. The screen door was locked. Finally got in.Every trash can in the place had trash in it when we arrived.The floors had been swept centrally but not in the corners.The front door was a joke. Has to be shut and locked to keep it closed. The blind on the door has broken slats so anyone walking on the porch can see in. There is a huge water stain on the ceiling of the second bedroom.
