“The first thing we noticed when walking in was how clean it was, especially for being a bit older. Also, the location was just a short walk to the beach and a bunch of restaurants. It was a pretty humid and warm in there but we spent most of the day out and at the beach so it didn't bother us as much as much after the first night. Overall recommend!”

“We were there for three nights only, but enjoyed ourselves immensely. We had a dog with us and while needing to keep her leashed, this was also a great experience. We could cook in the house, but the nearby restaurants were wonderful.”

“This place checked all the boxes! So close to Freeman Park and around the corner from the public beach. The house has space for everyone - indoor, outdoor, lots of seating and gathering places. They have thought of all the details and if you forgot it at home, chances are they have it waiting for you. Favorite part of the house was the extra wide porch swing which was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon book and evening cocktail. We’ll be back for sure! ”

“One reason we picked this property was the fenced backyard for our dogs. We didn't realize how nice it would be. The large yard was surrounded by a well secured privacy fence; no chance of any dog getting out. There was outdoor setting on a raised deck with a gas fire pit. The outdoor shower with hot water was a nice bonus. This property was ideally located just across the street from the beach access, so you could easily come and go to as you wished. “Great house! Location is central to CB goings-on and is so close to the beach itself. One bed is kind of hard, but other than that the accommodations are sufficient and beachy. Cute back deck and yard. Communication with the owners and manager of the property was easy with a quick response time. And they are just generally good people (met them outside of the rental experience). Nice for a stand-alone house that's affordable with no one walking over your head! ”

“We had a wonderful long weekend stay in July and enjoyed every minute of it. I am a Cape Cod girl and the knotty pine brought back all kinds of childhood memories! This place is darling and decorated perfectly. They had everything you would need for a stay along with a quick walk to the beach. The grocery was a bonus next door!”
