“We had a wonderful stay. Very short walk to the beach with beach views from the balconies. The house is well stocked with baby gates, beach wagons, beach chairs, Tupperware, kitchen appliances, etc. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool after a morning on the beach. We plan to be back!”

“Beautiful property, clean, spacious, and so convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Our one issue was that you could not run the dishwasher at the same time as the washing machine. The water pressure for the dishwasher would be too low to clean the dishes.”

“Property was spotless and the crew managing the business were extremely helpful. Spacious and inviting unit. Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit.”

“I thought the houseboat was terrific. Very well appointed, clean and well-designed. The admin staff was very responsive and helpful. I am disappointed though that they charged me 50 for an early check that was only two hours prior to the regular check in time. This is the “off-season” and there was no need for them to schedule any quick turn around with their cleaning service to accommodate my request. A bit of a money grab if you ask me. All in all, a super fun place to host a party and an...
