“Located on the Port MacDonnel seafront with 3 bedrooms,modern kitchen and good heating. The property is shared with a unit at the rear, but are separate buildings.Comfy bedand good hotwater & pressure.A good location for exploring the beautiful coastline as well as inland sites.”

“Cute little batch, was comfortable with 4 people, could squeeze in 6 with young kids. Bedding and pillows are quiet old and could do with a freshen up. Very minimal amenities, salt and pepper shakers were empty, no cooking oil or coffee etc. ”

“Probably better to swap wardrobe and small bed to allow better access to double bed”

“Clean property with all the amenities that we needed for a short stay in Mount Gambier; would recommend if you have a family to stay with younger children as there is outside space to play. ”

“We are an older family with adult children. We came down to Mount Gambier for a funeral. It was peaceful even though it was on the main road. We had enough rooms and beds, and there were enough living spaces to have several things happening at once.”

“What a beautiful property! We had an hours-long tour with Kathy, the caretaker, who lives in a cottage at the back of the property. There was so much to explore! The kids loved the pool. We played tennis. We walked, and walked, and walked. Quirky, and fun! Kathy and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Beds were comfy, and lots of care taken to keep the place clean and visually interesting. Enjoy! ”

“Beautiful and simple property on the end of Cape Douglas, straight on the beach. If you like having a fire inside or outside in family or a few friends, this is a little paradise. The house is nice and neat. Shallow waters in front, walking distance from heavier waves. I will def come back in summertimes. ”

I work in town somewhat regularly, and the location of this house is perfect in terms of quick access to the major roads and also a short walk into the town center.
