The land the cottage is on alone, gives you an incredible experience with all the different vegetation and animals. Transportation to and from Lauriston Airport were included with our package. “Great place to stay if you appreciate slow living. Lucinda was warm and friendly. She baked bread for us and had the fridge stocked with breakfast supplies. The dogs, Rocky and Pickles were delightful.”

“We had a very pleasant stay at Almost paradise, starting with a wonderful meal cooked with love by Lucinda, our host. We were 3 and the sofa bed was made for the 3rd person and it was very comfortable. There was Mosquito nets but we didn’t felt it was needed. “I stayed at Almost Paradise from March 12-26 and the best way I can describe it is as a dream come true.
