“Vi hade bokat två likadana rum som kostade lika mycket. Men vi fick ett fint, fräscht och rent. Sen det andra rummet kändes gammalt. Var skitigt, fläckar överallt och kändes allmänt sunkigt. Det var fläckar på väggarna, golvet, möbler och till och med på lampskärmen. Båda rummen var varma och det enda som fanns var små bordsfläktar till hjälp. Hade båda rummen (som vi nu betalade lika mycket för) sett ut som det första hade de fått bästa betyg. Men nu gjorde det ju inte det. ”

“Where do I even begin? From the moment I got there; I was treated like royalty. Staff was top notch. Pods are the coolest thing and such a wonderful experience. The Hottub and dry sauna are pristine. The pods are so nicely designed and super clean. Waking up to the country side was one of the most spectacular views ever. I should’ve stayed my entire week there and never left. I was so content and relaxed! I will definitely be back soon!!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is!!! ”

“Nice and cosy, lovely meals and dessert at the bar. Parking at hotel. There is a small lay-by before the hotel on merchants quay as well as parking opposite by riverbank in order to drop off luggage. Parking instructions is at reception. The parking building is 3 streets behind the hotel called the Glen Car park. Take a ticket and it is validated when you leave so free parking. Only a 5 minute walk to hotel. When leaving take validated ticket to car park and bring car back to layby or opposite...

“Excellent from start to finish. Welcomed warmly, directed before having to ask, room was luxurious and adapted for my mum without requesting so assume all rooms are adapted. Food was just perfect. I loved everything about it. The grounds are ablaze with colour and manicured beauty.”
