Hotell nära Carrier Theater - Oncenter Complex

“We had team work to do at Syracuse U, and not only was this location convenient, it had all the amenities, was super clean, and the staff was on spot every day. If I had to ding anything it would be the size and layout of the gym, but they had all I needed and it was empty when I went, so it worked.”

“Outstanding!”

“I understand the need for renovations but when you’re room doesn’t have a desk or a chair should you be charging $189 for a room. The bathroom was nicely remodeled but I had to put my suitcase on the bathroom counter because there was no luggage stand (or desk) to put it on. I stayed there several times before the renovation began and always enjoyed my stays. Not this time! I have back issues and sitting on a chair eases my back pain. These renovations have been going on for over a year and...

“Beds were on the smaller side for two, and the AC was in need of some work, but over all on OK hotel”

“Phyllis and Jim were great hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate. Enjoyed the conversations and the friendly atmosphere. Will definitely stay there again.”

“The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good.”

“This property is fairly new, well maintained, great amenities and a friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again, hopefully soon.”

“Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too.”

“Nice place with good atmosphere and friendly approach, good restaurant. Well worth a visit”
