“Väldigt bra service av kvinnan som stod i receptionen. Under vistelsen i USA bodde vi även på flera dyrare hotel med mycket sämre service och samma nivå på rum. Det här hotellet hade allt vi behövde och väldigt trevlig personal samt rent och daglig städning. Det fanns gratis parkering, gym och frukost. Man kan gå till centrum men vet faktiskt inte om jag skulle göra det på kvällen/natten då det var lite skumma människor i närheten. Kände mig dock säker hela tiden. Åker jag tillbaka skulle jag...

“Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet...

“First the cons...then the pros :) The hotel was nice and clean and our room was very spacious and I loved that! However, the AC in our room was not working well...it "worked" but we had to have it at 61 F to have the room "cool" it was not cold at all as we should be freezing if it was really 61 F but all the rooms were booked so we couldn't change rooms and its always a pain to change rooms, the sink faucet handle was broken so if you lifted it too hard it came off lol, and the desk chair was...

“We had a great one night stay stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The service at breakfast and the front desk was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. My husband who has traveled a lot and stayed at five star hotels for work over the years thought the service was at a five star hotel level. We can highly recommend.”
