“This property is located in the heart of Sivilla. Walk to everything and short taxi to train station. There was a washer in apt which was helpful for us. Coffee, shows & restaurants right outside the door which is what we wanted. Two things to be aware of: the apartment including the roof is 4 stories and stairs are steep & narrow so be aware if mobility is an issue. Also, it is located above store on busy pedestrian street so very noisy until 2:00 am. We did not cook but the location was...

“Very nice property, incredibly central. Great roof terrace although the two elderly people in our party couldn't use it - I'd recommend that people do believe the description which explains that the final staircase up to that terrace and a bedroom (which doesn't have an ensuite) really is via steep, slim stairs without handrail. It didn't impact our stay or bother us at all, just good for others to know. Very helpful manager in Rocio - thank you for a great trip.”

It was perfect for our extended family of 8 to enjoy a memorable stay in beautiful Seville. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed some great restaurants in the streets nearby the apartment. Located in the old town, everything is at your fingertips. We loved it!”

“Perfect for our group of 10 people : convenient, clean, spacious and well equiped. The roof-top terrace is absolutely amazing. The only small disagreament was a reccurrent permanent noise (like a compressor or a pump starting each 10 seconds on the roof) that could be eared in all the rooms. I don't know if the noise is always there or if it is something that can be fixed, but it kept some of us from sleeping. All the rest was just perfect !”
