“I needed a place to stay for a work conference. Stay here is about 10 min from downtown. I was able to quickly pick up food from the many restaurants in the area. There is even a Krogers. Owner responded quickly to my internet problem and was attentive. Check in and Checkout was easy. No keys.This is the first place I'll check for availability the next time i need to stay in Charleston. ”

“We couldn’t have been more happy with this place. From the minute we walked in, we felt at home. Very clean in all areas. Great shower, very comfortable beds and living room furniture. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable from the welcome basket to a “just in case you forgot something” basket. Hated the weather didn’t cooperate where we could enjoy the decks and fire pit. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. ”

“We needed a house that could put our family under one roof while we said goodbye to our Matriarch. This house provided 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 well equipped bathrooms, as well as a large living area and kitchen and a table that could seat all 10 of us. There was an issue with the AC but we had a repairman there soon after we reported the issue. Our host was quick to respond and provide answers and help when needed. Location is great; neighbors were friendly and we were conveniently...

“We had a wonderful time. Got to see deer, squirrels, birds ,and visit the beach. Loved the place. Not to far for grocery store. Peaceful and quiet. Most of all I got to spend time with my son and grandson. Just relax and talked and ate. That’s what family time is.”

"We have traveled a lot and we have visited a lot of countries. In USA if you don’t book the top hotels with 4-5 stars it’s usually very worn down and quite dirty. This hotel is very fresh, quite new but also very well cleaned. All the girls that worked at the check in were great and had big smiles. Room was super fresh. Obviously it’s not a luxury hotel but for the standard it’s actually the best one we have stayed in so far."
