“Never even got to stay here after booking months and months ago for marathon weekend. The property originally confirmed the booking then went silent. We never got sent any check in details and they didn’t reply to our message on the app the day before check in asking for these. After worrying we’d turn up with nowhere to stay we contacted Hotels.com who contacted the property who then confirmed ‘they couldn’t find our booking’ and were now fully booked. “Appalling experience - turned up after a full day to be told there was no access to the property and could I go to Aldgate instead. The booking was made specifically due to proximity to an event the next day. Had to get another room nearby at short notice for a lot more money. Would not trust booking with them again and would advise people to choose another option.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel in London. The room was fresh, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and made it feel like a small family-run hotel. Breakfast was well-cooked with a good enough selection, served in a cosy breakfast café. It’s also within walking distance of Victoria Station, and overall very good value for money.”
