“Check-in was fine. Outside temp was 86 degrees when we arrived. It was hot inside the unit. The listing stated a/c and washer & dryer. The only a/c was a portable a/c unit in the bedroom that was turned off. There was also a suspended power outlet hanging against the fireplace with the TV and Roku plugged into it (not shown in the photos). “This was the second time we stayed here. It is a great option for our group of five a dog. It is clean, well appointed, and the location is great, walking distance to the most happening area of South Lake. Also Rob is super responsive.”

“AC/heat unit was loud when running and the floors were dirty upon checkin, one pass through the small property turned white socks brown. But otherwise a nice option for a quick ski trip! We were grateful the water was hot for showers and there was ample space for all our gear.”
