“Yes the room was spotless.”

“TV remote was missing and I looked for it under and behind the drawer. I found empty soda bottles and food wrappers. No Tv remote was found. I asked for a replacement TV remote. Service was not answering the call immediately. My call was put on hold then disconnected. It took me several calls and a couple of hours to ask for the replacement. The house service brought a replacement while we were out for dinner which didn’t work with the TV in our room.”

“Historic property in the heart of Gardnerville, walkable to eateries (J T Basque across the street!) and cute shops, especially the fantastic vintage shop across the side street. Very quiet for being in the heart of town with a local park nearby as well. Perfect stay.”

“Room was insanely dirty had cobwebs in the bathroom and a/c areas floor was so dirty had to put on my shoes on to walk around , staff was pretty nice , sheets were dirty just all around dirty. ”
