“We arrived at the property and there was no heat or warm water (in freezing temps) the host was bad a communication and didn't provide any timeframe if we would have the issue resolved. After 2 hours we were forced to book another location because of the poor host communication. ”

“The place was super clean and set up very nicely. The kitchen area was modern and well-equipped. The unit was ready for us upon arrival. Through no fault of the property owner and manager, the street noise was incredible. The windows are thick and helped quite a bit. The fact that it was the 4th of July weekend did not help. “This was a great minimalist room that was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and the heated bathroom floors were a very nice touch. We had a little trouble with the wall heater, but the plug in radiator heated the room nicely once it warmed up. There was also a really nice coffee shop just up the road called the Walker Coffee Co that had great breakfast options.”
