Welcome to our newly updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome, designed to provide a cozy and warm farmhouse-style experience for up to 8 guests. Our long driveway and one-car garage offer ample parking, and inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. All mattresses are new and highly rated on Amazon, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the two large 55-inch smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. A full-size sofa bed in the living room is also available for larger family groups.

Our townhome is conveniently located close to everything Cartersville has to offer, including LakePoint Sports, Savoy Automobile Museum, Cartersville Medical Center, Tellus Science Museum, I75, and Downtown Cartersville. The house was extremely spacious for our family of 6. Super clean everything. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. There are shopping places close by for food and esentials. The host was very grmeat with communication. I do caution people traveling with small children to bring a baby gate for the stairs that lead from the main rooms to the bedrooms upstairs. But thats not the properties fault.

The furniture was ALL very uncomfortable. The bathrooms were tiny. The air downstairs was great, but it was extremely warm upstairs. And the signs and sounds of rodents was ridiculous. The outside steps and handrails to the front of the property need to be replaced before someone gets hurt!

Great location for baseball tournaments!

This place is a little gem. It's charming and cozy. All king beds! Not far from the baseball fields. The deck out back is a lovely place to sit and read, and listen to the birds. The host, Lee, was wonderful. Commuication was very easy and Lee was quick to respond to anything we needed. Overall, a very nice stay. Would highly recommend this place.

3 King Beds!

Lee was very responsive to our needs. Communication was great. Had issue with the key code when checking in. The lock was replaced immediately. Lee accommodated our request for early check in and late check out. We were in town for a PBR baseball tournament at Lakepoint. This property is an easy 18-20 minutes from Lakepoint. We chose this property for the 3 King size beds. Worked perfectly for my wife and I and 2 kids. Overall great experience. Note: there are steep stairs to enter the properties front door but you can bypass those by entering through the garage.

A wonderful place to recharge.

This is a property we would definitely stay at again. It was enough space for six adults and we enjoyed the room to recharge. Be prepared for quite a few stairs. Thank you for letting us stay!
