“My husband & I, 3 teen children & Sister enjoyed Edward the Hut for a weekend. My 2 Sons were attending a gaming conference in Atlanta & my Sister lives in Georgia. So we booked this property as us adults are “salt of the Earth” type folks. We enjoyed the property & all of its eclectic charm. Two thumbs up.”

“Everything was amazing the house was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone had their own space which made the trip even better. The backporch area with the pool was perfect after those long hot days at the baseball fields. Justine was excellent in responding to messages and keeping in touch. We would highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in the area. ”

“Just breathtaking and stunning how beautiful this home is. Please stay here if you have the chance. Absolutely gorgeous!”

“We arrived at dusk on a stormy Saturday, and it was difficult to get down the side yard into the apartment. The pavers are not equally spaced or necessarily level (would be difficult to do these things), and we struggled to get down the probably 20 steps in the pouring rain. Climbing those pavers was difficult and taxing too. I definitely would suggest some lighting on that side yard for guests. The apartment was very nice, especially since we included the "blue room." “The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. Enjoy your stay!Thank you very much to the owners! ”

“This was five nights of do nothing for us. Amazing accomodations with everything we needed. The quiet and nature was everything we needed. ”

“It was the perfect place for our family. The apartment on the first floor was perfect for my daughter and her husband. They had a separate kitchen and it worked great for when the kids in our family came to visit for playing Jackbox games. Both kitchens were well stocked and had coffee! There was a book at the front door with floor plans and local menus which was great. We had one issue the first night and the hosts not only answered my call at 1am but were there the next morning to addess it....

“Perfect house for our family’s last minute getaway. Great views of the river and included everything we needed. The only negative was the large deposit required (almost 2x the rental fee) and the time to get that released, but this is more of a VRBO issue.”

“This home was such a great place to escape to after the bustle of my husband’s family reunion. So cute, comfy bed and all you need to fix a few meals too. Loved our stay here!”

Ok for one night

"Old hotel, typical American style. Needs renovation, the whole hotel was old and worn. Most of the already poorly equipped gym was unserviceable. It is ok for one night, but not more. Breakfast was not good, but sufficient to get something at least (except the coffee, way too weak, like tea and it was to be honest undrinkable). "
