We're just a stone's throw from the legendary Lake Texoma, on a 10 acre parcel adjacent to our fully functioning medical marijuana cultivation site and facility. This tiny house has given a native new yorker like myself an opportunity to have an oasis away from the chaos of the city, but with the the comfort and amenities you need.

Stay was as described. Aside from the wine availability and snacks. Those were of no consequence to us. We do not drink. We did have a little mouse visitor that was hiding under the wine fridge. It’s a rural setting and that’s to be expected. We were glad to be so close to Choctaw for our event.

Enjoyed our quick weekend getaway. We had a nice time watching the neighbors fireworks with the cows on the 4th of July. It was great to have a boat ramp close by as we spent one day on lake Texoma. The pictures of the land around the house don’t seem up to date. The land is overgrown with stickers. Looking at the pictures before we came we thought we would be able to walk around the property but were not able to due to it being overgrown. We couldn’t take our dog for a walk within the grounds due to the stickers. The AC unit on the wall above the bed started dripping water on us in the middle of the night on our first night there. The property manager was great with communication and offered to try and find someone to come look at it before our next night but we just dried the sheets and had a fan with us to dry the mattress. We kept the ac off in the bedroom the next night and with our fan it was fine. We were refunded a little of our money because of that incident. The bed was comfortable and the home is really nice. The shower is huge for such a small home. Overall we had a nice time. The property manager quickly responded anytime we contacted them and the best part has got to be hanging with the cows.

We had an amazing stay. Our only issue is the propert was a bit overgrown around the cabin. Understandable the house is on a farm however the listing said pet friendly and our poor pup couldnt explore the property with us. Im from Aledo so counrty living is second nature. There was a venmo list of items that werent available such as wines or cow cubes.There.was also a missing handrail on the outside banister. It gave me quite the splinter so just be careful.Aside from those fixable

My husband was very, very impressed with this little getaway. Very secluded and private not to mention so peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend if you just need a day away from the chaos of life! Clean, cozy and comfortable. Going to be a regular spot from now on.

We had a good rest after our wedding.

We had a lovely stay at this Verbo tiny home! The house itself is absolutely adorable and very clean. We really enjoyed the peaceful view of the cows from afar — such a charming touch. However, there were a couple of small issues. When we arrived, the house was unlocked, and the back patio door was left open, which was a bit concerning. Also, the snacks and drinks that were supposed to be included weren’t there. Overall, it was a nice stay, but addressing those minor details would make it even better.
