“It was a cute rustic little house, however, it was dusty but it did smell good when we walked in. The shower pressure was horrible. I did like the bunk beds except that my son fell off the top because there are no railings so he ended up sleeping on the couch the rest of the time. The “Sandy Beach” wasn’t beach at all unless we went to the wrong location but the directions to get there weren’t that great and there were no signs. We ended up driving elsewhere to swim. “We had a great time! Lovely little house in a lovely town. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Check in and out process reasonable and smooth. Thank you again!The only thing to note is that the living space is fairly small with one love seat, but it worked perfectly for two people trying to get away!”

“This pink cottage was the perfect place for a family gathering. The house was unique and beautiful inside and out. The host thoughtfully provided for every need and many wants. There was plenty of sleeping space, along with extra linens, cozy blankets and pillows. The visiting space was thoughtfully laid out with conversation areas inside and out.”

“Nice Home and great location to nearby attractions within Denison and short drive to Sherman. We enjoyed going to downtown Main street and visiting the shops there. We also made several trips to Sherman for more things to do. We were there to visit Eisenhower State Park, and we were also able to drive to Murray State Park in Oklahoma. Would definitely recommend the home, was in a quiet neighborhood and host was accessible for any questions we had.”

“Great property! We wanted a weekend getaway to the casino but the rooms were booked. We booked this property and it worked out better for us! It’s not far from the casino, and also close to local shops, a winery, and restaurants. We never would have come across any of this if we stayed at the casino. This is a very clean property- we had 5 adults and there was more than enough room. Would definitely stay here again!”
