“Miguel was extremely helpful when we were navigating the city. Views were incredible!”

“This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. “Great”

“Todo ok”

“La comida es deliciosa y todo está céntrico para pasear. El personal es muy amable”

“Lite kasst runt poolen, endast fattiga plaststolar och lite småkallt i vattnet. Ingen bar, ingen kyl, ingen möjlighet att få vatten. Stört fin utsikt och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten riktigt klen. ”

“Que la toallas no esten perjudicas. Lo sugeri en recepción. Todo lo demás.muy bien”

“Awesome view of the lake. Nice pool area and garden. The breakfast and restaurant are also great but opening hours are a bit so so.”

“very friendly staff”

“Great location, friendly staff, good food available at the restaurant! Close to everything in town, we loved our short but sweet stay!”

“Hotel located in a busy area of Panajchel. Front desk was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel and restaurant. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good.”

“Tout était insalubre, malpropre avec de la moisissure. Il manquait de rideaux dans la chambre, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien la serviette de douche était sale, le personnel incompétent. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel car les photos sur Expédia ne reflète nullement la réalité de cet hôtel. ”

“The staff was great and everything was very clean. The hotel is near many restaurants and markets”
