I wish i remembered his name but one of the guys spoke English and was awesome. The tuk tuks from hotel took only about 15 mins to get us. Santander street (all shopping, bars and restaurants) was like a 8 min ride away and a 30 min walk which we did a couple times. The view from the hotel was absolutely insane. “Check-in went very smoothly and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was nice, although a little bit dated, but overall it was clean and had good amenities, like a coffee maker and refrigerator. It was within easy walking distance to shopping and dining, and although about 800 meters from the launches (to visit our towns along the lake), it was a level walk”

"Casa del mundo is very picture perfect but it didn't feel as authentic as some of the other places we visited.
The food was average and quite pricy. We booked massage that wasn't very good, after quite a few attempts we managed to get a bit off money back at least. The jacuzzi was lovely. For unknown reason the paddle boards were broken,but we weren't told why and when we could use them.
There is A LOT of stairs, so if you have issues with that it's not the best place for you. "
