“Many very thoughtful and welcoming details that made stay easy. If you forget something, they may have a spare provided. Very clean, central location, well stocked kitchen (oil, spray, spices, Tupperware), good parking, secure, responsive communication. Coffee and groceries 2 minutes away. Would book here again!”

“Nice place to hang out with comfortable beds and a great view of the mountains. It is next to a busy street so not as quiet as I would have liked but all in all a good place.”

“We received check-in information from host (address, key code, wifi, etc)...we arrived at 2 am but were unable to access the home. Key code would not let us in...messaged and called the host but no answer. Had to sleep in our car the first night. I received a call at 530 am the next morning...host had accidentally given us the wrong unit number. Once we figured that out, we had access to the home and enjoyed our stay. Host communicated promptly to messages and constantly checked on us during the...

“You couldn’t ask for better access to the bicycleLoop. Very nice clean and spacious. It is on the 2nd floor. Must climb stairs no elevator. Tremendous TV control.”

“Communication with Leigh Ann was pleasant and quickly to address one small issue I encountered. Instructions were clear and very easy to follow. Overall my stay was relaxing, clean and easy.”

“The condo is as pictured! Clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, nice pool area! We would stay here again!”

“Lara was very responsive to my questions. The location was perfect for us and I enjoy the pool. 1,500 security deposit is excessive.”

“Upon arrival I thought I walked into the wrong condo. The were used sponges on the sink with a 1/2 full bottle of dish soap and then I open the refrigerator. The refrigerator had an old dingy kids lunch box, large bottle of water, open peanut butter, jelly and several condiments and didn't look clean. The stove, oven and sink also didn't look clean. The washer had unwashed cleaning towels inside. I called Vanessa and she responded right away that her cleaning accidentally left the lunch box...

“Weh have stayed at The Greens before and this unit was quite a disappointment. Minimally furnished and basically no decor, with broken metal blinds that could not be opened or let light come through. Many doors had cracks and also the walls. Poorly maintained unit overall. The linens were terrible worn out, and towels were stained and of poor quality as well. Soap and shampoo of the cheapest quality. Soap dispensers had diluted soap...No refills for trash bags, we had to buy our own... The...

“We went for Innings music fest. The unit is within easy walking distance to the venue. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Our host was able to accommodate our request for an early checkin which was great since our flight got in at 9:00 am.”

“We were comfortable and found everything we needed. The pool was great entertainment for the grandkids. Enjoyed being able to easily access the walkable bike path to REN’s coffee shops and bakery for our morning latte. Having our favorite TJ’s so close by was an added benefit.”
