“The hotel is branding itself as a 3 start hotel but the standard is nothing near what you would expect for a 3 star hotel. Our bed linnen was not changed for the entire stay (6 nights), our towels only got changed once even though we put the towels on the floor each day and there is a strong smell of dampness and cat urine.
