“This beach cottage was perfect for our 40th anniversary getaway. The vibe is comfy and unpretentious. I loved! all the books-even Nancy Drew! We loved watching the tides on our inlet, and enjoyed a fire on the beach one night. Very quiet and peaceful. I also loved the well stocked kitchen, as we prefer to cook and eat in at the end of a long day exploring the Olympic Park and its incredible trees. ”

“This has to be one of your favorite vacations yet! The place is sooo nice and modern with everything you could need. In a really nice community with a heated pool and Jacuzzi. Includes bikes and paddle boards. The host was very accommodating and quick to get back to me anytime I messaged her. I would definitely recommend and hope to be back one day!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”

“The property was very nice. There is a wood stove which was very nice and the beds were great. The downstairs bath tub did not work. No flexibility with check in or check out times at all.
